Terms of sale
1: All quotations are made and orders accepted to the following conditions of sale. Vel-Oh (thereafter ”the company”)will not accept terms and conditions other than those specified below. 2: All prices are quoted in GBP Sterling and exclusive of VAT. Whilst every endeavour will be made to invoice the goods at the prices quoted and/or acknowledged, the company reserves the right to invoice at the ruling at the time of dispatch.
3: All orders received to the company shall be on a pro forma basis until the company is satisfied with the clients trading.
4: Interest will be charged weekly on all late payments at a rate of 2.5% above the Bank Of England base rate from the date of invoice.
5: Goods will remain the property of the company until payment has been received in to the designated bank account of the company.
6: The risk of goods remains that of the client after the goods have been dispatched.The company shall have the right to stop at any time the delivery at their discretion to determinant contract if the client defaults on payment of any order after it has become due for payment.
7: Any lead times quoted for dispatch are estimates only and the company shall not be liable for any loss or failure to deliver or dispatch within these time scales.
8: Claims for shortages or damages in transit must be notified in writing within 48 hours receipt and in the case of non delivery within 10 days of date of advice.
9:All orders should have a purchase order or written request. The company shall not accept telephone orders.
10: The company shall not be responsible for any international bank charges incurred during the transaction.
11: The written consent of the company must be obtained before cancellation of any order is accepted. Any cancellation request or changes to an order must be made within 3 days the order being placed. The company reserves the right to charge for costs involved in accepting cancellations.
12: Goods may not be returned without the company consent. Where permission of the return of goods is given, a handling charge plus any carriage charge involved will be made. Goods should be returned carriage paid into our warehouse good resealable condition with its original packaging. Special/custom orders cannot be cancelled when productions started and cannot be returned.
13: As the company products are subject to improvements and modification all information is intended for guidance only. Colour finishes will be maintained as accurately as possible.
14: The company shall add the client as a stockist once the initial order has been received processed and is in store/online and only when its available for consumer to purchase.
